Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Remote – EST Hours)

We are growing rapidly and looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our customer base and accelerate our go-to-market efforts.
About the Role:
As an SDR at Cerebrium, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads through a mix of outbound outreach and inbound follow-up. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create a strong sales pipeline and support Cerebrium’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Respond to and nurture inbound leads with speed and precision.
- Identify and qualify prospects’ needs, goals, and pain points.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
- Continuously learn and stay informed about Cerebrium’s product offerings and the broader industry landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar customer-facing role—ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Driven, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or enterprise tech.
