Sales Development Representative (Remote – South Africa)

Salary: $800 – $1,000 USD/month DOE

Goodly is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping home service businesses — like plumbers, remodelers, and cleaners — grow through smart SEO, high-performing websites, and local lead generation. We’re building a portfolio of businesses under the Goodly brand, and we’re looking for a hungry, resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us fuel that growth.

What You’ll Do

• Cold call lists of prospects
• Book meetings for our Account Executives
• Follow up consistently and professionally with cold leads
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
• Track activity and outcomes in our CRM and reporting tools

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-starter who can manage time independently and hit targets
• Tech-savvy — familiar with CRMs, email tools, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
