Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Fast Track to Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Terran Connect, you will play a crucial role in executing a part of our outreach program to navigate our clients target market and generate appointments with decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate and qualify leads using various outbound channels, such as cold calls, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Identify potential clients, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to build a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team and partners.
- Lead Qualification & Needs Alignment
- Engage potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, aligning them with the most suitable solutions offered by the company and partner startups.
- Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities within key industries.
- Share findings with internal teams to support overall sales strategy and prospecting efforts.
- CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Report on lead generation performance, including lead quality, engagement status, and follow-up efforts to the line manager.
- Collaboration & Follow-ups
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure successful meetings and timely follow-up on opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, startup ecosystems, and emerging technologies to remain relevant and adaptable in outreach efforts.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
