Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist in coordinating and managing daily operational activities across all service lines
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM systems to manage workflows efficiently
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Process Improvement: Support the management team in implementing and refining operational strategies
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, reporting, and correspondence to facilitate smooth operations

Skills And Experience

  • Experience: Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
