We partner with ambitious B2B companies to design and run lean, high-output marketing engines that generate real sales results. Acting as embedded CMOs, we focus on building trust, driving outreach, and creating campaigns that convert – not just look good.

We’re growing and looking for a Sales Development & Client Success Executive to lead our client journey from the first conversation to ongoing success. You’ll work closely with prospects and clients, managing the entire lifecycle: qualifying leads, nurturing them into clients, and supporting them after they’ve signed on.

Your Role in the Client Journey

1. Qualify and Call Leads

  • Reach out to warm leads generated via ads, email, and LinkedIn outreach (for both Drop Growth and our clients)
  • Qualify prospects through calls and messages
  • Book discovery calls and track all follow-ups in our CRM (HubSpot)

2. Nurture Leads into Clients

  • Build rapport and trust with qualified prospects
  • Join discovery calls with the founder and follow up on proposals
  • Write tailored messages and guide prospects through to a decision
  • Help close deals by keeping momentum and communication clear

3. Maintain the Client Relationship Post-Sale

  • Act as the point of contact for clients via Basecamp and video calls
  • Run regular check-ins to update clients, gather feedback, and keep projects on track
  • Spot opportunities to improve results and brief tasks into the marketing team
  • Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and confident in our delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident leading calls with prospects and clients
  • Proactive and reliable – you follow up, chase actions, and don’t drop the ball
  • Organised and detail-focused – especially when managing multiple conversations
  • Experience with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Comfortable working remotely with a UK-based team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20 000,00 per month
