About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Sales Assistant / Sales Executive to support and streamline the company’s sales operations.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales pipeline moving – from following up with leads, to preparing paperwork, to supporting demos and events. You’ll be the friendly, proactive force ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
This is a hands-on, varied role that’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and Prospect Engagement
- Follow up with prospects post-demo to encourage next steps.
- Re-engage leads who were previously lost or unresponsive
- Maintain regular contact with warm leads who’ve expressed interest but haven’t signed.
- Rebook demos for no-shows or previously cancelled appointments.
- Review new-lead activity via tools like Lead Forensics and identify outreach opportunities.
- Connect with new demo bookings on LinkedIn to build rapport and visibility.
Sales Process and Admin Support
- Keep our CRM (Nutshell) clean, updated, and reflective of the sales pipeline (stages, close dates, notes).
- Log in daily to manage tasks and ensure no lead is left behind.
- Process order forms and send out sales paperwork as needed.
- Provide timely and thoughtful follow-ups based on inbound leads or email enquiries.
Internal Coordination and Conference Support
- Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Projects, Accounts) to ensure alignment on client-related tasks.
- Help coordinate sales efforts for key account groups or campaigns.
- Support conference planning and follow-ups, including possible attendance at UK-based events.
- Handle ad hoc responses from prospects by email or phone as needed.
Marketing and Process Contribution
- Contribute ideas to refine and improve our prospect journey.
- Share observations from the front line to help shape messaging and outreach.
- Assist with light research or outreach tasks that support lead nurturing.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A confident, clear, and friendly phone manner.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Nutshell, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Competency in basic tools like email, spreadsheets, and scheduling platforms.
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience in a lead generation, telesales, or inside sales support role.
- Background in estate agency, property tech, or similar client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with sales processes, terminology, and follow-up techniques.
- Experience using LinkedIn for B2B communication.
