Position: Sales Account Manager

Salary Level: USD $1,000 – $1,500/month on the first quarter of work, based on performance level + Sales Bonus (% of sales) assigned on 2nd quarter, with potential for growth

Requirements:

• C2 English Proficiency (Written and Verbal);
• Good Mathematical skills;
• Experience in either of the areas: Customer service, Cold Sales, or Logistics Operations (Freight forwarding, OTR dispatch, or Drayage);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; and,
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business or clients
• Manage and Grow Client Relationships
• Promote Drayage Services
• Coordinate Internally with Operations
• Track Performance and Sales Metrics
• Stay Informed on Industry Trends
• Support Billing and Dispute Resolution
