Position: Revenue Operations Head

Salary: 3k to 6k USD per month (depending on skills and years of experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Central Time (4pm to 1am SAST)

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Setup and Management: Configure and maintain the HubSpot platform for sales team optimization.
  • Sequence Enrollment: Create and manage automated email sequences for sales outreach.
  • Contact Enrollment: Ensure accurate contact data and enrollment in sales sequences.
  • Data Validation: Verify and maintain data accuracy within Hubspot.
  • Sales Team Enablement: Provide training, guidance, and support for sales team members.
  • Sales Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of 10 sales individuals.
  • Sales Team Training: Develop and conduct training programs for sales team skill enhancement.
  • Large Account Sales: Engage in selling large accounts when necessary.
  • Outbound and Inbound Sales: Manage and execute sales strategies for both outbound and inbound sales.
  • Data Cleaning: Ensure data accuracy using sources like ZoomInfo.

Requirements

  • HubSpot expertise: Proven experience with HubSpot setup, management, and automation.
  • Sales team management experience: Proven experience in managing a sales team.
  • Sales skills: Proven track record in closing large accounts.
  • Data analysis: Ability to validate and maintain accurate data.
  • Training and development: Experience in training and enabling sales teams.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 10 sales individuals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Sales tools expertise: Familiarity with ZoomInfo and other sales data sources.
  • Sales strategy: Knowledge of outbound and inbound sales strategies.
