Hi, I run three marketing agencies, and I am looking to hire salespeople/marketers who are able to work on a part salary and part commission basis.
You MUST have:
– Very good understanding of marketing and online businesses, in particular ecommerce
– Good home setup with high internet speed, a good laptop and camera quality.
– Fluent English
– Sales experience
You will be tasked with some/all of the following:
– Attending sales calls every day, Monday to Friday
– Closing new clients for my sales agency, CloseShark, my advertising agency, Mabane Media, and content agency, Loud Lion.
– Closing clients for those agencies that sign with CloseShark
Pay will be up to 10% one-time commission on any deals that you close, as well as other bonus incentives.
You will be trained and personally mentored by a seasoned sales expert with over 15 years of sales experience, who has previously built out 20-person sales teams for multi billion dollar companies.
Pay Structure
– Hygiene standard: £2,000 (46,000 rand) per month including commissions if you perform at the minimum expected level
– Realistic aim: £3,000 (68,000 rand) per month if you aren’t a seasoned sales expert yet but you apply yourself and are willing to be mentored by the best in the industry, allowing you to close more deals and make 68,000 per month)
– High performer: £4,000 per month (88,000 rand) if you are a high performing salesperson who continually shows up, excels, and strives to improve their skillset, and you progress within our company

Pay: R32 000,00 – R70 000,00 per month
