LPI Home Buyers is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Closer to join our growing remote team.

As a U.S.-based real estate investment company, we work with homeowners looking to sell their properties. Your role will be to build trust with sellers, understand their needs, and guide each opportunity toward a signed agreement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning potential of $50,000+ annually (base salary plus performance-based commissions)

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners interested in selling their properties
• Build trust through consultative conversations and identify each seller’s needs
• Negotiate offers and guide opportunities from the initial conversation to signed agreement
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and complete timely follow-ups using our CRM
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth acquisition process
• Consistently achieve activity expectations and monthly performance goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or real estate
• Previous closing experience is required
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling phone-based sales conversations
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup
