The HomePro Group is a leading group of companies in the home improvement and insurance sectors. With over thirty years of experience, we are the market leaders in providing home improvement insurance and vetted contractors to homeowners across the UK. We are now expanding our portfolio to include digital marketing and are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executives to help grow our membership base and cross-sell products to our existing customers.

As we grow, we are seeking a South Africa-based Sales Executive to join our team.

This role is for someone who:

  • Wants to sell every day — and sees targets as a floor, not a ceiling
  • Has a bias for action — calls back fast, follows up faster
  • Can build rapport and earn trust on the phone
  • Learns quickly, applies feedback immediately, and doesn’t take things personally
  • Understands how to translate value into sales, not just read a script
  • Thrives on momentum — and creates their own when it’s missing

We’ll teach you our product. But if you’re not already self-starting, persuasive, and focused, this isn’t the right role.

Skills That Will Help You Win

  • Confident, clear English communication — spoken and written
  • Comfortably handles objections and closes without pressure
  • Strong with CRM tools (or a fast learner)
  • Able to keep track of multiple leads and own your pipeline
  • Comfortable working remotely, independently, and hitting KPIs daily
  • Hungry to earn more and track your own performance

Bonus Points (but not deal-breakers)

We do need someone who understands the UK market — that means:

  • You’ve lived in the UK
  • You’ve sold to UK customers before OR
  • You understand British tone, timing, and customer expectations
  • Experience in home improvement, insurance, or B2B services is helpful — but not essential

What You’ll Do

  • Speak to qualified leads (and yes, some cold calling will be part of the mix)
  • Sell our contractor memberships and add-on products
  • Cross-sell services like digital marketing and warranty protection
  • Track your numbers — calls, conversions, revenue — and improve them
  • Hit and exceed your monthly targets
