What You’ll Do
✔ Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for e-commerce, websites, campaigns, and social media
✔ Create and manage lifestyle-driven content aligned with sneaker and fashion culture
✔ Support bundle and promotional strategies (e.g. cross-sell offers like sneakers + T-shirts)
✔ Identify, engage, and manage local influencers relevant to sneaker, streetwear, and fashion audiences
✔ Develop sustainable and scalable influencer collaboration and content production models
✔ Coordinate content creation processes between influencers, creatives, and internal teams
✔ Ensure brand tone, visual language, and messaging are consistent across all channels
✔ Analyze performance and optimize content and influencer strategies
Requirements
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Proven experience in fashion, sneaker, streetwear, or retail lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of sneaker culture, fashion trends, and retail consumer behavior
Hands-on experience working with local influencers and content creators
Ability to build long-term collaboration models, not just one-off campaigns
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Existing local influencer network (fashion / sneaker / lifestyle)
Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
Understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
Background in retail or DTC brands
