Join a growing South African managing agent for community schemes! We’re looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage levy billing, supplier invoices, bank recs, and financial allocations on WeConnectU.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture & reconcile transactions
- Process supplier invoices
- Issue levy statements
- Review and validate monthly financial reports
- Maintain records in line with STSMA and PMR
Requirements:
- Solid bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Community scheme or sectional title experience
- Familiarity with WeConnectU or willingness to learn
- Own laptop & reliable internet
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
- WeConnectU: 1 year (Preferred)
- Community Schemes Management: 1 year (Required)
