NOTE: This is a virtual assistant position for Remodeler and HVAC home service based businesses.
As a virtual assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to help Remodeler and HVAC home service based businesses build their companies by taking tasks off their lists.
The better our clients do and the longer they stay, the more money you can make!
You’ll be working with Remodeler and HVAC home service based businesses to help them with administrative tasks such as data entry and client communication. Additionally, this job allows you to specialize in lead follow-up to help these clients get more people in the clinic.
As the main point of contact for these business owners, you’ll be instrumental in helping their business.
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for working remotely with a combination of proactive communication, great relationship-building skills, and impressive problem-solving skills.

Virtual assistant with us at VA Launch, you’ll receive training on our proven process for turning strangers into loyal clients and being a key team member for Remodeler & HVAC owners.
Here are some responsibilities of the role:
● Data entry and organize sales commissions as well as receipts
● Communicate with the leads as needed
● Dialing the leads for appointments or re-bookings
Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
● You truly CARE about the clients you will be working with and helping them grow in their business, helping them break limiting beliefs, and building strong relationships with our partners
● You are an effective COMMUNICATOR and understand how to listen intently
● You have to be willing to undergo training on all our systems and processes and be able to
TEACH our clients what you learned
● Previous experience in an Account Management role or work in the Service industry is preferred, though not required
● You are ready, willing, and EXCITED to role play and practice communication and sales
techniques to sell clients on an idea, strategy, concept, or new initiative
● You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
● You’re fun to be around over coffee or cocktails outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).

This is a 100% remote and full-time position.
Your compensation will be base salary $550/Month USD or MORE.
