Recruitment Administrator
Location: Fully Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional candidate experience . This role involves managing administrative tasks related to advertising vacancies, screening applications, conducting checks, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with advertising all open positions on various platforms and job boards.
- Screen incoming CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Update and maintain the recruitment database and CRM system with accurate candidate and job information.
- Conduct reference checks, ensuring compliance and accuracy of information.
- Assist with credit and criminal record checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Format and type CVs into the required template for presentation to clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates during various stages of the recruitment process.
- Support the recruitment team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and compliance requirements (credit and criminal checks).
- Experience in formatting and preparing CVs for submission.
