The Role

We are looking for a Seller Coordinator based in South Africa to support our U.S. operations. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for sellers throughout the process. You’ll work closely with our U.S. team to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and top-tier customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Call sellers to coordinate property pictures, documents, and scheduling

• Assist sellers with signing and notarizing documents

• Maintain ongoing communication and provide updates to sellers

• Collaborate with the Network Property Buyers team to ensure seamless transactions

• Be a reliable, proactive point of contact throughout the process

• Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends (U.S. Eastern Standard Time – primary hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST)

Compensation

• Starting pay: $5 USD/hour (≈ R90/hour)
