Job Title: Property Administrator / Property Maintenance Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with strong UK property management and maintenance coordination experience to support a UK-based residential property portfolio.
This is a fully remote role, working from South Africa, dealing daily with UK landlords, tenants, and contractors. This role is not suitable for entry-level applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging, prioritising, and managing property maintenance issues
- Liaising with UK-based contractors and arranging works
- Obtaining and comparing quotes for landlord approval
- Monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of works
- Acting as a main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Providing professional updates and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensuring properties remain compliant (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, etc.)
- Updating property management systems and maintaining audit trails
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in UK residential property management
- Strong background in property maintenance coordination
- Confident communication with UK landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Highly organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working UK time zones

- ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.

- UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm (UK)
- Additional Saturdays

Pay: R18 000,00 – R20 000,00 per month
