📋 Description
• Lead the management and development of Viatu’s supplier portfolio across accommodations, activities, car rentals, and airlines. • Ensure our product offering remains competitive, consistent, and aligned with Viatu’s standards as the company grows. • Maintain and expand key supplier relationships. • Oversee content accuracy across our platform. • Conduct regular trainings and familiarisation trips for our teams. • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer experience, and tech to strengthen how Viatu presents and operates its travel products.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, ideally within marketing, product management, or operations. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, tourism, or a related field. • Genuine passion for travel, particularly African destinations, wildlife, and culture, and a willingness to travel for supplier visits and team meetups. • Experience working with CRMs or project management tools. • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach and strong ownership of your work from planning to execution. • Strong critical thinking skills, with the confidence to question processes and contribute to continuous improvement. • Skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with partners and colleagues by combining empathy, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.
