Experience
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the IT services industry. 3 years minimum
Vendor Management: Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. Familiarity with evaluating vendor performance and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
- Managed Services Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology services provided by MSPs, such as cloud solutions, network services, and cybersecurity offerings. This understanding helps in sourcing the right services and products for clients.
- IT Lifecycle Management: Knowledge of managing IT asset lifecycles, including hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and end-of-life management
