The founder plays a critical role in driving strategy, innovation, and team alignment — and we’re now looking for a high-performance Personal Assistant (PA) to provide direct support in managing his time, priorities, and output.


The Role

You’ll act as a gatekeeper, calendar architect, and productivity multiplier for the founder. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring discretion, initiative, and world-class organsation.
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Calendar Management: Organise a high-volume calendar, protect deep work time, and ensure prioritisation of key meetings
  • Inbox Triage: Review and flag critical emails, draft responses, and manage follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Daily Task Support: Stay one step ahead by tracking to-dos, nudging deadlines, and anticipating what’s needed next
  • Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison with key team members to prep documents, set agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Meeting Prep & Documentation: Prepare briefings, write summaries, and document important decisions and next steps
  • Priority Management: Help the founder stay focused on what matters most each day, aligning actions with company goal
  • Personal Admin Support: Occasionally support personal logistics to maximise founder focus and efficiency

  • High attention to detail — you catch what others miss
  • Understands how to work with senior leaders and can balance urgency with diplomacy
