Globally recognised, award-winning Mānuka Honey Brand
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join a globally recognised, family-owned, award-winning Mānuka honey brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is genuinely fluent in performance marketing and end-to-end execution, optimisation, and accountability.
You’ll be working closely with a highly experienced Marketing Director (20+ years in agency environments), so this role requires confidence, competence, and real-world experience. The role is largely remote based with face to face once/per week.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage full-funnel performance marketing across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
YouTube (including pre-roll)
Paid social & remarketing
Build and optimise conversion funnels using:
Shopify
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Set up and manage pixels, cookies, and tracking for accurate attribution and remarketing
Optimise ad spend and performance across platforms, with a strong focus on ROAS
Lead and execute the SEO strategy for a Shopify-based website
Continually test, learn, optimise, and report on campaign performance
Package
R18,000 – 20,000 per month for an initial 3-month trial period
Post-probation salary increase will be reviewed based on performance
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Performance Marketer (this is not a junior role)
Strong hands-on experience with:
Shopify
Google Ads & YouTube Ads
Analytics, tagging, and conversion tracking
Comfortable setting up funnels from scratch and improving existing ones
Strategic thinker who can also execute
Confident working with senior marketers and defending decisions with data
No chancers — we’re looking for someone fluent, experienced, and accountable
