An established and rapidly growing family owned UK based domestic cleaning company, is seeking an experienced, results-driven, Outbound Telesales Consultant, (remote for the UK) who would be responsible to develop and maintain trust relationships with existing and all potential clients.
Monthly Salary range starting from R8,000 basic fixed salary with bonuses and commission ranging up to R32,500 OTE. Uncapped further commission.
At least 2 years experience needed with demonstratable proven performance.
Must speak English fluently and have an excellent phone manner to win over customers and foster great relationships.
You will have a skill in converting warm leads into paying customers and be highly motivated and success oriented.
The company generates and provides warm highly qualified leads for you to then convert via outbound telesales. Typically 50+ outbound calls to warm leads per day across both new fresh daily leads and nurturing and following up older leads.
Loadshedding backup and highly reliable and quality internet connection as 95% of the role relies on remote telesales.
40 days paid holiday provided per year.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Close deals with clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
- Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
- Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
- Utilise CRM and data entry systems.
- Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
- Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organisation, effective communication, and strong listening skills.
- Utilise, maintain, and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
- Educate customers in all products, services, and packages along with competitor’s offerings.
- Document each call as per company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
- Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in call centre environment (non-negotiable) – preferably in the service industry
- Experienced sales professionals who can close the leads and enquiries internally. Able to build strong client relationships. Excellent computer skills
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Solid lead generation experience
- Exceptional communication skills in English (clients based in the UK only)
