Job Title: Outbound sales specialist (USA Market)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time (4pm-12am CAT)
Salary: R18k+ $ based commission
Position Overview:
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting products or services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to identify and qualify leads.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies and meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in outbound or telesales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
