Job Title: Email Lead Generation Operations Specialist

Location: Fully Remote | Flexible Work Hours

Position Overview:

We are seeking a data-savvy Email Lead Generation Operations Specialist with expertise in data management, audience segmentation, and campaign automation. You’ll work behind the scenes to optimize lead generation processes, leveraging industry insights and technical tools to improve efficiency and results.

This role is central to optimizing our lead generation processes by leveraging data tools, segmenting audiences, and ensuring our sales messaging reaches the right people. The ideal candidate will have experience with industry-standard tools and a strong ability to bridge the gap between data and effective sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Segmentation: Clean, manage, and segment data for outbound campaigns using tools like ZoomInfo, Prospeo, and Clay.com.
  • Industry Expertise: Apply insights from various industries to optimize prospect targeting and segmentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Automate data workflows using APIs, webhooks, and web scraping tools; write scripts to improve efficiency in tools like Clay.com.
  • Sales Messaging: Collaborate with the sales team to align audience targeting with messaging strategies.
  • Manual Prospecting: Conduct manual research on platforms like LinkedIn to complement automated processes.
  • Process Development: Build scalable, efficient data workflows and continuously improve processes.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Clay.com, ZoomInfo, Prospeo, or similar data tools.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and industry attributes.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and web scraping (Python is a plus).
  • Proficiency in writing scripts and using conditional formatting.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) for data insights.
  • Experience with manual prospecting on LinkedIn and other platforms preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools like Clearbit.
  • Experience in optimizing outbound email campaigns and improving deliverability.
