Operations Associate (US Based – Data API with StartUp Experience)
Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to $1,500 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

Role Overview:
The Operations Associate (Client Support) will be responsible for managing customer interactions, including responding to inquiries and creating tickets for engineers, while assisting with business operations as needed. This role plays a vital part in supporting the company’s mission to help developers personalize health products using data from wearables and lab tests.
Your Impact:
By efficiently handling customer support and contributing to business operations, the Operations Associate will help improve customer satisfaction and operational flow, ensuring the company delivers high-quality service to its digital health clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Issue Management
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via Slack during working hours
- Create and manage tickets for the engineering team based on customer-reported issues
- Maintain up-to-date customer FAQs, ensuring information is accessible and accurate
- Product Familiarization & Client Communication
- Quickly familiarize yourself with the company’s APIs, products, and customers within the first week
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers, helping them resolve issues or guiding them through processes
- Identify common customer challenges and provide feedback to improve product documentation
- Business Operations Support
- Provide support in business operations by addressing ad-hoc requests and operational needs as they arise
- Assist in optimizing internal processes to ensure efficient customer service and workflow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
Requirements
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2 or more years of experience in customer support or operations roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to spot patterns, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like Slack and ticketing systems for managing customer inquiries and support requests
- A proactive problem-solver with a curious mindset, capable of working independently with minimal hand-holding
Nice-to-Have:
- Preferably has experience in a tech or API-driven environment, not required
