Imatik are a proud Cisco Partner specialising in Meraki solutions. We work closely with enterprise clients to deliver high-quality IT infrastructure and network solutions, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Sales Support Manager to join our remote team. This is a vital role that combines client relationship management with operational coordination, ensuring our sales processes, service delivery, and internal systems run smoothly. You will also be responsible for line managing one direct report and working closely with the Operations Director on the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Sales Support

Oversee the full sales order process including:

Raising purchase orders (POs)

Invoicing customers

Coordinating with suppliers

Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and service delivery

Maintain detailed records of sales activity, quotes, and deal progress using HubSpot

Support the Operations Director with financial documentation, supplier coordination, and approvals using QuickBooks

Client Management

Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, providing a responsive and professional experience

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and efficient service

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues

Manage contract renewals and ongoing service agreements

Track leads and sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate HubSpot updates

Team Leadership

Line management responsibility for one direct report, including task delegation, performance oversight, and development support

Collaborate with external accountants to ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve business operations and client experience

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in operations, sales support, or client management roles (IT or tech industry experience is a plus)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience using QuickBooks or a similar system for invoicing and financial tracking

Confident working with HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships

Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to manage and support team members

Positive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take initiative
