About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Assistant to support our business operations and client-facing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, systems, and providing day-to-day support to keep a business running smoothly.
Availability during US Eastern Time (EST) working hours is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, update, and manage data accurately
- Assist with email, text, and call follow-ups
- Support outreach campaigns and basic script updates
- Manage tasks using Monday.com
- Update and maintain CRM records (e.g. Close CRM or Salesforce)
- Assist with client onboarding information and documentation
- Maintain internal documents and shared folders
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Requirements
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Willingness to learn CRMs and task management tools
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Clear written communication skills
Previous experience in administration, office support, operations, or sales support is beneficial but not required.

- Start: Part-time, with opportunity to move full-time
