About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Assistant to support our business operations and client-facing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, systems, and providing day-to-day support to keep a business running smoothly.

Availability during US Eastern Time (EST) working hours is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, update, and manage data accurately
  • Assist with email, text, and call follow-ups
  • Support outreach campaigns and basic script updates
  • Manage tasks using Monday.com
  • Update and maintain CRM records (e.g. Close CRM or Salesforce)
  • Assist with client onboarding information and documentation
  • Maintain internal documents and shared folders
  • Provide general administrative and operational support


Requirements

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
  • Willingness to learn CRMs and task management tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear written communication skills

Previous experience in administration, office support, operations, or sales support is beneficial but not required.
