- Understanding of municipal accounting, the MFMA, and mSCOA reforms.
- Experience with municipal financial systems and the Go Muni portal.
- Proven track record of implementing, managing, and supporting mSCOA reforms at municipal level.
- Ability to conduct capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and operational support activities.
- Experience in conducting system assessments, training municipal officials, and supporting oversight functions.
- Qualifications and experience in municipal finance, accounting, or related fields, with a minimum of 5-10 years in municipal accounting or managerial roles.
