Role Overview

You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless deployment and management of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Power BI, and Copilot, while leading migration projects to modernize workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Configuration: Design, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, to meet client-specific needs.
• Migration Projects: Lead and execute migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 (e.g., on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online, file servers to OneDrive) with minimal disruption.
• Azure Integration: Implement and manage Azure-based solutions, including Azure AD for identity management and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
• Power BI Development: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Copilot Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and provide AI-driven insights within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Teams Optimization: Set up and manage Teams configurations to support collaboration, including channels, permissions, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 tools.
• User Training & Support: Educate clients on best practices for using Microsoft 365 tools and provide functional support for end-users.
• Workflow Automation: Build and customize workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes.
• Security & Governance: Ensure secure and compliant Microsoft 365 environments by managing permissions, access controls, and governance policies.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure, Power BI, and migration projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams configuration and management.
• Proven experience with SharePoint Online site setup, permissions, and content management.
• Expertise in Azure services, particularly Azure AD, and integration with Microsoft 365.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for productivity and automation.
• Experience with data migration projects (e.g., on-premises to cloud, legacy systems to Microsoft 365).
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow customization.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to train and support end-users.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable broadband internet connection for remote work
