Marketing Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen marketing and business professionals across global markets
• Conduct initial interviews to assess communication, skill set, and culture fit
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → vetting → qualifying → shortlisting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client handoffs
• Maintain structured notes, candidate records, and progress updates in our hiring system
• Contribute to refining sourcing strategies to ensure top-tier candidate pipelines

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years experience in sourcing, recruiting, or interviewing talent
• Strong communication skills (English fluency required)
• Ability to assess talent quickly and ask probing questions in interviews
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Bonus: Experience recruiting for marketing, sales, or creative role
