Our client, a renowned entrepreneur and author, is seeking a highly organized and versatile Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing, administrative, and operational support. This role involves updating and maintaining system records, assisting with website and content management, managing administrative tasks, and designing visual assets. If you are tech-savavy, adaptable, a fast typer, and have a strong eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 11 AM – 6 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: You will update spreadsheets and data in Trello and Google Sheets, ensuring tasks are tracked and deliverables are met with great attention to detail.
  • Graphic Design: You will use Canva to create featured images and graphics for articles, requiring a solid design eye to produce visually appealing content.
  • Website Management: You will manage WordPress sites for clients, including tracking requests, implementing changes (e.g., title/copy updates), and maintaining accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: You will manage email and calendar scheduling, book reservations, and handle logistical tasks such as phone call follow-ups.
  • Content Support: You will assist with light blog writing and proofreading, demonstrating excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: You will handle a dynamic workload where no two days are alike, showcasing flexibility and initiative to meet evolving priorities.

  • Efficient Administration: Seamlessly managed emails, schedules, and logistical tasks that improve operational efficiency.
  • On-Time Deliverables: Accurate and timely updates to spreadsheets, WordPress sites, and other project management tools.

  • Optimized Web Management: Well-maintained WordPress sites with efficient handling of client requests and SEO optimization.
  • Content Excellence: Clear, engaging blog posts and meticulously proofread materials that reflect a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, marketing, or a similar role
