About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to take full ownership of operations for our healthcare business, which delivers support work, coordination, and specialist cleaning services across Australia.

This is a Second-in-Command role—not for task takers, but for strategic executors. You will lead national service delivery, manage multiple departments, and build operational strength that enables senior leadership to stay focused on vision, growth, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align internal departments: Client Care, Service Delivery, HR, Finance, and Operations
• Manage department heads and team leads across multiple functions
• Oversee day-to-day execution, system enforcement, KPI tracking, and delivery rhythm
• Translate strategic direction into real-world results and margin growth
• Build scalable structure and remove executive leadership from daily involvement

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years’ leadership experience in service-driven industries (healthcare, staffing, logistics, etc.)
• Can own execution without constant input from above
• Is systems-focused, results-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
• Has managed managers—not just direct frontline staff
• Thrives leading remote teams across time zones
• Holds themselves and others to high standards of discipline and accountability

Work Setup

• Location: Remote (South Africa-based)
• Hours: Aligned with AEST (approx. 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM SAST)
• Reports to: Executive Leadership
• Office: Some in-person work may be required at our Johannesburg office
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required
