Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing our driver network. From

sourcing prospective drivers to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing

engagement, you’ll play a critical part in helping us scale effectively. If you’re excited about

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Develop and implement driver recruitment strategies to meet our operational

needs. Identify suitable recruitment channels and employ innovative sourcing techniques.

Conduct interviews and evaluate driver suitability based on reliability, skills, and cultural fit.

Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes to enable drivers to hit the ground running.

Create and maintain training materials, platform guidance, and driver support resources.

Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the onboarding process.

People Operations & Culture: Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, high-

performing company culture. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance

driver recruitment and retention. Promote open communication and continuous feedback to help shape our organisational growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Proactive Self-Starter: Able to anticipate needs and act on opportunities for improvement.

Excellent Communicator: Skilled at building trust and rapport with drivers, colleagues, and

partners.

Adaptable & Hardworking: Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment with shifting

priorities.

Relevant Experience: Previous HR, recruitment, or people operations experience is

beneficial, but a willingness to learn quickly is equally important.

Team Player: Happy to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and

support business growth.
