We partner primarily with eCommerce and online education companies, while also serving B2B businesses, SaaS companies, and service-based organizations.

The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated LinkedIn Manager/Appointment Setter to help grow our agency’s LinkedIn presence and generate qualified leads through outreach and engagement. This role is perfect for someone who understands the LinkedIn ecosystem, can create compelling content, and has strong communication skills to convert prospects into booked calls.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management

  • Create engaging LinkedIn posts using pre-built AI prompts and existing assets
  • Design graphics with ChatGPT using established prompts
  • Respond to comments on posts to maintain engagement
  • Help develop high-value content assets for LinkedIn
  • Gather research documents to generate new AI-powered content
  • Make content revisions based on owner feedback

Lead Generation & Engagement

  • Research and identify potential leads aligned with our target market
  • Engage strategically with potential leads’ content
  • Interact with other users’ posts to increase visibility
  • Craft and send personalized direct messages to prospects
  • Follow up with leads to set up discovery calls
  • Potentially assist with appointment setting on other platforms

Communication

  • Participate in regular calls with the agency owner
  • Maintain consistent communication on lead status and content performance
  • Provide insights on LinkedIn strategy and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn content creation and management
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation via social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with AI tools for content creation
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Experience in appointment setting or sales development preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology
  • Ability to work EST hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday)

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, Contract
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8-hour shift)
  • Pay:Base Pay + % Of Sales
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • No weekend work required
