Remote BDR (Business Development Representative) – Subcontractor Position
About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, self-motivated BDRs to join our remote team and help our clients book qualified meetings with prospects across EMEA, Australian, or American markets. This is a subcontractor position working 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
You’ll be making cold calls to prospects during business hours, booking them for video calls with our clients. This isn’t about warm leads – this is true cold calling where your resilience, communication skills, and ability to engage prospects will directly impact your success.

Your Daily Focus
- Make approximately 100 cold calls per day to prospects we provide
- Book 1 qualified meeting per day (our primary objective)
- Jump onto live campaigns from day one
- Engage with the team for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
What You’ll NeedEquipment (Non-negotiable)
- Computer/Laptop: Windows or Mac capable of running multiple applications (Chromebooks won’t work)
- Audio equipment: Your own headset or quality microphone
- Workspace: Quiet, dedicated space for making calls without interruptions
- Internet: Reliable connection for VoIP calling and cloud-based tools
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of BDR/SDR experience
- Proven cold calling experience – we need someone comfortable with rejection and persistence
- Fluent English – Or advanced proficiency required
- Technical proficiency with:
- Google Chrome & G Suite
- Apollo.io or similar sales intelligence tools
- Discord or similar communication platforms
- VoIP dialer systems
- CRM platforms
Metrics That Matter
We want to see your track record:
- Daily call volume from previous roles
- Meeting booking rates
- Quota attainment percentage
- Any other relevant KPIs that demonstrate your success

Work Arrangement
- Status: Subcontractor (you invoice us monthly)
- Hours: 6 hours/day, 5 days/week (30 hours/week)
- Schedule: Structure your 6 hours to fit your peak performance times
- Time zones: EMEA business hours preferred; Australian or American hours negotiable
- Start date: Immediate start for the right candidate
Compensation
- Base rate dependent on experience
- Commission per qualified, attended meeting
- Monthly invoicing
