Our UK-based client, a leading climate-focused fintech SaaS company, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Associate to support their high-performing marketing team. This role focuses on maintaining clean and accurate CRM data, while also assisting with digital content publishing and social media scheduling.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, organised, and eager to develop their marketing skills across multiple channels. You take pride in accurate execution, whether managing CRM records, publishing error-free content, or supporting campaigns that reach global enterprise audiences.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy, deduplication, and enrichment with publicly available information
- Link and associate relevant entities in the CRM (e.g., parent/child organisations)
- Schedule and publish social media posts through HubSpot CRM
- Assist with publishing blog articles on the company website (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred)
- Provide general marketing support across ongoing projects and ad hoc initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on time
- Maintain strong attention to data integrity and campaign execution quality
- Support the Marketing Director and broader team with research, reporting, and campaign logistics
- Uphold brand consistency across all published content and data entries
- Contribute to improving workflows and marketing operations through initiative and feedback
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency with data entry, online tools, and spreadsheets
- Interest or experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous
- Familiarity with Joomla or WordPress (or similar CMS platforms) is a plus
- Prior experience in a marketing, admin, or content support role is helpful
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Proactive, curious mindset and a team-player attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
