• US Eastern Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm ET
• South Africa Time: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm SAST
• Pay: $17–$19 USD per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who’s eager to learn, improve their skills, and gain hands on experience working on real client projects.

You’ll work closely with senior designers and account managers to create clean, professional designs for both print and digital marketing. If you enjoy structured work, clear feedback, and growing your design skills, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create print and digital marketing designs, including:
• Digital newsletters
• Social media graphics
• Email newsletters
• Website headers and blog images
• Digital ads and promotional graphics
• Follow templates, brand guidelines, and design systems
• Collaborate with the design team and account managers
• Meet daily and weekly deadlines in a production focused environment
• Apply feedback and revisions to improve your designs
• Continue building your design skills over time

What We’re Looking For

• Junior level designer (0–3 years experience)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good time management and ability to follow direction
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Open to feedback and eager to improve
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Tools & Experience

• Experience or familiarity with:
• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Figma, Canva, Adobe Express
• WordPress (basic knowledge is fine)
• Monday.com or similar task management tools
• Basic understanding of print production
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus, not required
• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred

Productivity & Performance Expectations

• Complete assigned design tasks within set turnaround times
• Deliver clean first draft designs with minimal revisions
• Follow templates, systems, and feedback closely
• Communicate early if you’re stuck or falling behind
• Show steady improvement in speed, quality, and confidence

Remote Work Requirements

• Dedicated, quiet home workspace
• Reliable high speed internet
• Must use your own computer and equipment
• Ability to work US Eastern Time hours from South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R280,30 – R313,27 per hour
