Job Overview
New Beginnings Recruitment is hiring an experienced Industrial Real Estate Cold Caller to support a live lead generation campaign for one of our existing clients.
This role focuses on outbound cold calling and B2B lead generation within the industrial and commercial real estate sector. You will contact property owners and key decision-makers to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and support the client’s real estate acquisition and sales pipeline.
This campaign is fully prepared with structured lead lists and clear performance targets, making it ideal for a confident cold caller who can quickly build rapport, handle objections, and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calling

Conduct outbound calls to industrial and commercial property owners

Engage with business decision-makers and property stakeholders

Identify potential real estate opportunities and qualify leads
Lead Qualification

Gather key information about property availability, ownership, and potential deals

Confirm prospect interest and eligibility before forwarding qualified leads
CRM Management

Accurately log call outcomes and prospect data in HubSpot CRM

Import contact lists and contract information into the CRM system

Assist with pipeline tracking and reporting within HubSpot
Campaign Performance

Maintain a proactive approach to lead generation and outreach

Consistently meet campaign activity and lead qualification targets

Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and lead quality
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Native-level English proficiency with a clear and neutral phone accent

Proven experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or lead generation

Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM software
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle live sales conversations confidently

Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven
Bonus Skills

Experience with industrial or commercial real estate outreach

Familiarity with property investment or real estate lead generation campaigns
Compensation & Work Schedule
Trial Period (First 2 Weeks)

3 hours per day

$8 per hour
After Successful Trial

$10 per hour

Opportunity to transition to full-time hours (up to 8 hours per day)
Expected Weekly Hours

10 – 30 hours per week
