Home Improvement Call Center Agent (Outbound) – Remote, South Africa:

Are you a highly articulate and organized individual with a knack for making connections? We’re looking for a motivated Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team, focusing on booking appointments for our sales representatives in the bustling US home improvement sector. If you thrive on reaching targets and enjoy engaging with clients, this remote role is for you!

What You’ll Do::
Your main goal will be to book appointments for our salespersons to provide estimates for home improvement services. This means you’ll be:

• Making 100-150 outbound calls daily to potential and existing clientele.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and explain the value of our services.
• Managing calendars and accurately scheduling appointments for our US sales team.
• Working with provided lists of new and aged leads.

Requirements:
What You’ll Bring::

• Excellent communication skills and a highly articulate phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills for efficient calendar and booking management.
• A hardworking and proactive approach to hitting daily call targets.
• Ability to work US LA hours (8 AM – 5 PM PST) from South Africa, with optional Saturday work available.
• Basic understanding of home improvement services like HVAC, roofing, and solar is a big plus.
• Prior experience in property, home improvements, solar, HVAC, roofing, or plumbing industries is ideal.
• Experience with Service Titan is highly preferred, but not mandatory – we provide training resources!
• A reliable remote work setup, including stable internet and a backup solution for consistent operations during power outages.
