About the Role

We are hiring a High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our remote sales team.

This is a warm-lead, consultative sales role. You will speak exclusively with prospects who have already shown interest in our software or services by signing up, requesting a demo, or booking a call.

Your responsibility is to conduct structured sales conversations, understand business needs, and close qualified prospects into higher-value implementation and service packages when there is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

High-Ticket Sales & Closing

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom calls with qualified inbound prospects
  • Understand the prospect’s business goals, challenges, and current setup
  • Present suitable solutions based on the prospect’s needs
  • Close deals through professional, ethical, and value-based sales conversations

Consultative Upselling

  • Recommend higher-value packages or services when appropriate
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process

Pipeline & Follow-Up

  • Manage your own pipeline of warm leads
  • Follow up consistently via email and scheduled calls
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in one or more of the following:
  • High-value or consultative sales roles
  • SaaS or digital services sales
  • B2B sales involving discovery calls and closing
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable conducting video calls and screen-sharing product demos
  • Ability to understand and discuss marketing and business concepts (funnels, leads, conversion rates)
  • Organized, disciplined, and performance-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + commission
  • Commission is performance-based and uncapped
  • Base salary is provided in addition to commission
  • Warm inbound leads only (no cold calling)
  • Fully remote role

Compensation structure and commission details are discussed during the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: R15 000,00 – R25 000,00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
