Professional.me is an early-stage HR Tech SaaS startup on a mission to reshape how companies recruit and manage talent. With strong early traction, a clear product vision, and a fast-moving team, we’re building a scalable product-led growth engine focused on SMB adoption. We’re now hiring a hands-on, resourceful Growth Marketer to help us scale to $1M in ARR—and beyond.

About the Role

As one of the first go-to-market hires, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the entire user journey—from awareness to activation and retention. You’ll lead high-impact campaigns, optimize our PLG funnel, and creatively stretch a lean marketing budget to achieve measurable results. This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of a growth function within a company solving meaningful problems in the HR space.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in early-stage B2B SaaS—ideally within the HR tech space—who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and thinks strategically about both data and brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize growth campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to drive qualified traffic, signups, and conversions
  • Manage and optimize the product-led growth funnel, using data to identify drop-off points and run experiments that increase activation and retention
  • Own HubSpot for marketing automation, email flows, and customer lifecycle touchpoints
  • Collaborate with product and design to ensure a consistent, high-converting user journey from acquisition to onboarding
  • Build and A/B test landing pages, lead capture flows, and onboarding experiences
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs, surface insights, and inform strategy
  • Identify high-leverage, low-cost channels for growth, especially within budget constraints
  • Contribute to brand voice, website copy, and email content to resonate with our SMB audience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a growth, demand gen, or marketing role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company—preferably in HR tech
  • Proven experience growing a product from early traction to meaningful revenue (ideally $0–$1M ARR)
  • Deep understanding of PLG dynamics and SaaS growth metrics
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset
  • Creative and scrappy—able to execute impactful campaigns on tight budgets
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for brand-aligned messaging
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and building high-converting funnels
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
