Full job description
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This is a fully remote role for someone who thrives on variety, understands the power of visual storytelling, and has a strong portfolio of high-converting marketing assets and branded content.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing high-performing Facebook and LinkedIn ad creatives that capture attention and drive conversions.
- Creating eye-catching promotional images for webinars, workshops, and training events.
- Producing professional, branded banners for LinkedIn Events and other social media platforms.
- Designing visually engaging workbooks, slides, and training materials that reflect our brand and enhance learning.
- Collaborating with our marketing and coaching teams to bring campaigns and course content to life.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals.
- Taking ownership of all visual elements, ensuring a consistent, on-brand look across all materials.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience designing for Facebook & LinkedIn ads (portfolio required).
- Skilled in creating event banners, promotional graphics, and training material design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign are a plus).
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and colour – you understand both aesthetics and conversion principles.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $800 – $1000/month depending on experience
