Job Title: Google Ads Buyer
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage Google ad campaigns to drive sales and achieve ROI targets.
- Audience Management: Collect and segment 1st party data, mine audience insights, and create personalized advertising experiences.
- Conversion Optimization: Build and manage A/B tests to improve traffic quality, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value from Google ads. Implement strategies to enhance user experience and streamline the customer journey.
- Creative Testing: Research target audiences, establish personas, and recommend ad messaging angles.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and generate regular reports on Google ad results with recommendations for future strategies.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the Google advertising budget to ensure optimal allocation for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the email, design, and customer service teams to align Google marketing efforts with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially advancements in Google ad technologies and changes in consumer behavior.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in performance marketing, particularly with Google advertising.
- Strong background in conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Experience in the fitness equipment or health and wellness industry is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- English C1 or above.
