About Us
Gunia Consulting is an owner-led, boutique recruitment firm based in Switzerland. We support clients across the DACH region and the Nordics – from banks and MedTech companies to startups and SMEs – with Executive Search, Professional Search, and Interim Recruiting services.
The company is currently run directly by the founder, with selective support in the background. For the next stage of growth, we’re looking for a reliable, structured, and detail-oriented person who’s ready to take ownership of key operational areas and actively contribute to how we run.
Your Responsibilities
Structure & Administration
- Maintain and organize templates, presentations, and internal folders
- Prepare briefings and ensure clean documentation
- Keep track of tools, calendars, checklists, and internal processes
ATS & Data Management (Zoho Recruit)
- Maintain and structure candidate and search data within the ATS
- Upload CVs, notes, and interview status
- Ensure data quality and support process tracking
Social Media & Content Calendar
- Own the planning and scheduling of the LinkedIn content calendar
- Research topics and propose post ideas
- Draft simple content (optional), coordinate with freelance designer
- ➤ Experience with Canva or Figma is a strong plus
Website & CMS
- Update open roles, content, and insights on the website
- Coordinate minor content adjustments with the web design team
- CMS experience required; Webflow is a plus
Inbox and Communication (office@)
- Manage the shared inbox independently
- Prioritize, forward, and follow up on key messages
- Track open tasks and maintain clear communication
Market & Client Research
- Identify potential clients in Switzerland, Germany, and the Nordics
- Research companies, decision-makers, and market segments
- Document findings in structured sheets and tools
What You Bring
- Excellent written and spoken English (required – this is the working language)
- German skills are a strong plus (reading and understanding is helpful for research and post ideas)
- Proven experience in admin, virtual assistant, or operational support roles
- Strong organizational skills – you create structure, maintain systems, and keep things running
- Confident with digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva/Figma, CMS – Zoho Recruit is a plus)
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ideally located in Central European Time (CET) or close by
