Executive Assistant to the CEO (Remote)
Support a high-growth business leader from anywhere in the world.
Our client is a fast-scaling company in the short-term rental and property management industry, operating across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and more. With a fully remote team of over 30 professionals across guest operations, onboarding, accounting, and landlord support, the company runs lean, focused, and with strategic clarity.
We’re looking for a Remote Executive Assistant to the CEO—someone who’s not just organized, but proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing high-level tasks independently. If you anticipate needs before they arise, communicate confidently, and take pride in helping things run smoothly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring meetings, calls, follow-ups, and prep work are well coordinated.
- Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a timely, polished, and aligned tone.
- Conduct research and prepare executive reports to support informed decision-making.
- Take on personal tasks and administrative responsibilities that lighten the CEO’s load.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and department leads—coordinating updates, priorities, and deliverables.
- Use tools like Todoist to track to-dos, manage timelines, and oversee moving parts.
- Stay informed on short-term rental and real estate trends to surface insights that support leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and workflow clarity.
What You Bring:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Professional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a confident, clear tone.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and task/project management tools.
- A self-starter mentality—you don’t wait for instruction to solve problems or create value.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving deadlines.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with the short-term rental or property management industry.
Why This Role Matters:
