Executive Assistant & Personal Concierge (Remote – South Africa)

Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time, flexible)
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Reporting to: Founder / Executive Team (UK-based)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, intelligent and discreet Executive Assistant & Personal Concierge to support a UK-based founder across business and personal responsibilities.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role combining professional executive support with personal concierge and lifestyle management. You will be responsible for keeping the founder’s calendar, communications, travel and personal logistics running smoothly and efficiently.

You will work remotely from South Africa while supporting a fast-moving international business in healthcare, investments and professional services.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and calls across time zones
  • Handling email, messages and correspondence on behalf of the founder
  • Organising meetings, agendas and follow-ups
  • Preparing documents, notes and simple presentations
  • Tracking tasks, deadlines and priorities
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for time and communications

Personal Concierge & Lifestyle Support

  • Booking flights, hotels, transfers and full travel itineraries
  • Managing the founder’s personal diary and appointments
  • Booking restaurants, events, memberships and experiences
  • Managing reminders, social events, birthdays and special occasions
  • Coordinating appointments (medical, fitness, beauty, property, etc.)
  • Handling personal admin and ad-hoc requests discreetly

Admin & Organisation

  • Maintaining digital files, inboxes and contact databases
  • Expense tracking and basic admin
  • Researching suppliers, venues and services
  • Keeping everything organised and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, Virtual Assistant or Concierge
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Highly discreet and trustworthy
  • Confident dealing with senior executives and private matters
  • Comfortable working across time zones and handling urgent requests
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, calendars, booking systems, messaging apps)

Working Hours

  • 20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Some availability required outside normal hours for travel or urgent bookings

This is not a standard admin role.
You will be a trusted right-hand person to a UK founder, handling both professional and personal logistics. You’ll gain exposure to international business, private clients, travel and high-level operations while working remotely from South Africa.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From R180,00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
