Position: Executive Assistant – Real Estate Investment (Remote)
Hourly Rate: $7/hour
Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and leadership team of a growing real estate investment company. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working behind the scenes, and has a solid grasp of real estate workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, set appointments, and coordinate travel plans
- Be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and team members
- Organize contracts, disclosures, and property documents for active deals
- Monitor key dates and deadlines across transactions (inspections, title, escrow, etc.)
- Write professional emails, team announcements, and investor updates as needed
- Keep CRM systems updated and help track lead activity and deal progress
- Assist in new team onboarding and recruiting coordination
- Perform online research for property details and support deal analysis
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and care
Who You Are:
- At least 2 years of experience as an assistant or admin (real estate background a big plus)
- Comfortable with real estate processes, including acquisitions, closings, and document handling
- Clear communicator with strong grammar and writing ability
- Skilled in using Google Workspace, CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, and tools like DocuSign
- Can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize well under pressure
- Self-motivated and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and solve problems
Nice to Have:
- Worked with real estate agents, title companies, or investors before
- Familiar with systems like Podio, PropStream, FreedomSoft, or other REI tools
- Can confidently read and assist with real estate contracts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R22 206,00 – R22 207,00 per month
