This is a position for a UK based company and is a self employed / contractor position.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director and his family. This role involves managing both professional and personal responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate and prioritise tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Management:
- Comprehensive diary management, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Email filtering to identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring timely responses.
- Managing task assignments in Asana, ensuring all tasks are updated and completed promptly.
- Planning and communicating daily schedules and priorities by 8:00 AM each morning.
- Family and Personal Management:
- Handling personal administrative tasks, such as managing car insurance, booking holidays, and tracking payment deadlines.
- Organizing family-related activities and schedules as required.
- Liaising with external service providers to ensure efficient handling of personal matters.
- Liaison and Communication:
- Acting as a key point of contact with members of the No Regrets Senior Management team and Board.
- Facilitating effective communication and coordination between relevant parties.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Ensuring the utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive personal and business information.
- Demonstrating discretion in all communications and actions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and email platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

- Flexibility is required to meet the dynamic needs of both work and family schedules.
