Remote Sales Representative – Custom Apparel & Print-on-Demand
We’re looking for a proactive, experienced Sales Representative with a strong passion for custom apparel and print-on-demand to join our fast-growing team.
Our company specializes in custom t-shirts, hoodies, DTF transfers, and branded merchandise for businesses, creators, and organizations. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a self-starter who can identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
This is a fully remote role offering a base salary plus uncapped commission, ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively reach out to new business opportunities (small businesses, influencers, schools, event organizers, creators)
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, quoting, closing, and client handoff
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for reorders and referrals
- Collaborate closely with production and design teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Create and present custom apparel proposals and packages tailored to client needs
- Track leads, sales activity, and communication history using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in custom printing, apparel, promotional products, or eCommerce
- Solid understanding of DTF printing, screen printing, or print-on-demand workflows
- Proven ability to close both B2B and B2C deals
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized and disciplined with strong pipeline management skills
- Experience using CRM systems, online quoting tools, and digital communication platforms
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment (no micromanagement)
- Available to work EST hours
