Email Marketing Specialist & Designer (Remote)

We’re hiring a talented and detail-obsessed Email Marketing Specialist & Designer to join our growing eCommerce team.

This role is ideal for someone who is excellent with words, has a strong eye for design, and understands how email copy, layout, and data work together to drive revenue. You’ll be responsible for creating high-performing email campaigns and automated flows from start to finish.

This is a fully remote position. EST availability required.

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows
• Create clean, mobile-first email designs with strong visual hierarchy
• Write persuasive, on-brand email copy with excellent grammar
• Build and optimize core flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging
• A/B test subject lines, copy, layouts, and CTAs
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize for engagement and revenue
• QA all emails to ensure accuracy, formatting, and deliverability best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on launches and promotions

Requirements

• 2+ years of email marketing experience (eCommerce / DTC preferred)
• Exceptional written English skills
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Experience with Klaviyo (preferred) or similar ESPs
• Ability to write copy and design emails independently
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices
• Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote environment
• Available to work EST hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and revenue-based optimization
• Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
• Basic understanding of HTML for emails
